Dr. Nestor Torres graduated from the Colombian School of Medicine and El Bosque University
in Bogota as a medical doctor and surgeon in June, 1993. For the next
three years, Dr. Torres worked as a general physician for private and
public health institutions in Bogota and surrounding cities, including
San Juan de Dios Hospital in Zipaquira, where he worked in the emergency
room as well as in orthopedic and trauma services.
As a specialist in Health Auditing and Health Administration, Dr. Torres
ran a public medical centre in a small town for five years, where he developed
and implemented public health policies in conjunction with the municipal
government and according to provincial and national health regulations.
Dr. Torres then became an administrative counselor and occupational health
advisor for private institutions and factories.
The beauty and harmony
of the human body motivated Dr. Nestor Torres to discover another perspective
of his medical vocation and, in 1999, after being trained by Brazilian
and Colombian plastic surgeons, he began offering his services as a cosmetic
doctor, performing non-invasive procedures on those who wanted to achieve
a fresh-looking and new appearance.
After working in well-known medical centres as well as in his own clinic
for a couple of years, Dr. Torres received recognition, not only from
his colleagues who always supported him, but also from his patients who
found in him to be an ethical person helping to make their beauty dreams
come true.
By combining different procedures such as Mesotherapy, botox, dermal fillers,
liposculpting, laser treatments and the newest techniques for body contouring
and skin rejuvenation, Dr. Nestor Torres has been able to help hundreds of people
achieve their aesthetic goals. To assist his patients, he continuously
keeps himself updated on the most recent beauty advances. Ultimately,
