Naturopathic Doctor Accreditation

Doctors of Naturopathic Medicine have a minimum of seven to eight years of training; 3 to 4 Years of pre-medical education at an accredited university and then a 4 year intensive training at a Naturopathic Medical college. After that, they must successfully complete the national Board exams to obtain a license to practice in Ontario.

Naturopathic doctors have been regulated in Ontario since 1925 by the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy.
